TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

PURCHASING TERMS
· Only claims before 30 days will be accepted.
· For customized products, a credit account can be requested.
· Prices excluding VAT.
· Casals has the right to modify prices and products without previous warning.

RETURNS
· No returns of customized fans will be accepted. In case of standard fans, returns will only be accepted within the first 3 months after delivery.
· A written claim form should be filled and agreed by our sales department before any return is accepted.
· After an evaluation, if the return is not justified, the fan will be returned and the customer will be charged for the transport costs as well as 25% depreciation of the fan.
· After an evaluation, if the return is justified, our sales department will arrange collection and credit note, and/or replacement of the fan.

All prices are valid except for printing errors.

EXTENSION OF WARRANTY
If you require a warranty extension, please always consult before processing the order.

TEMPORARY ENERGY COST ADJUSTMENT​

Due to the increase in energy costs and the current global socio-political instability, which continues to generate market volatility, a temporary cost adjustment of 0.41% will be applied to the price of the products, due to the energy surcharge affecting both our production costs and the transport costs applied by our suppliers when purchasing components.

This adjustment will apply to orders dated from May 2nd, 2026 onwards.

The increase will be reflected on the invoice in a single line calculated on the total product amount, without affecting unit prices or applied discounts.

This is a temporary measure, which will be reviewed every 2 months depending on the evolution of energy costs.
